Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve company sales goals
  • Generate own sales revenue and manage key accounts to grow business
  • Set individual sales targets for team members and monitor their progress toward achieving them
  • Coach and mentor team members to improve their sales performance and achieve their targets
  • Shape the sales team culture to be proactive, energetic, positive, confident, and capable to capitalize on the project opportunities as a promise
  • Coach the team to possess strong knowledge of solutions in order to be able to do value selling to clients to avoid a price war
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and key stakeholders
  • Identify new sales opportunities and develop plans to capitalize on them
    Analyze sales data and market trends to identify areas for improvement
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure effective sales and delivery processes
  • Provide regular sales forecasts and reports to senior management with strong supporting data to ensure the committed number is certain.

 

Requirements:

  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets, generating own sales revenue, managing key accounts, and leading a sales team in a System Integrator company
  • Strong leadership and people management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
  • Self-motivated with a positive attitude and a desire to succeed
    Strong customer base and industry network would be a plus
